Are your prices per person or per vehicle?
Prices are per vehicle per one way or roundtrip.
Can I have a receipt or an invoice?
You will receive your payment invoice via the email you have entered during your booking process.
Credit Card payment
Once you pay by credit card online, our company representative is informed that the payment has been made, so there is nothing more you need to do. Once you have paid, the website will send you an invoice with your payment and confirmation.
Do I need assistance at my arrival?
Probably, everything is quite clear inside Cairo International Airport.
However, we do offer meet and assist service inside the Airport upon your arrival with an extra fees.

Do you offer other transport routes besides airport routes?
Yes, we offer this kind of service.

What if I cancelled my booking?
The cancellation fees are expressed here after as a percentage of the total price.
i) Cancellation 5 days or more before arrival / departure: 10% of cost of services booked will be charged.
ii) Cancellation 5-2 before arrival / departure: 50% of cost of services booked will be charged.
iii) Cancellation or no show in the same day of arrival departure: 100% of cost of services booked will be charged.
iV) In case of two ways transfer booking, If you have used the first round and want to cancel the 2nd round. 100% of cost of services booked held by the Company.
If your flight has been cancelled by your airline please let us know so we can inform our driver..
Where should I meet my driver?
The driver will be waiting for you at the external gate door before (Parking area) with a sign of your name.
